With over 30 years of experience in the raw materials industry, Mr. Terhune developed his knowledge as a staff member with the industry leaders in raw materials during his service with Carpenter Technology and Joseph T. Ryerson as-well-as from the perspective of entrepreneur and small business owner, having successfully created, grown and sold a thriving $10MM metals brokerage company prior to his current success with T&T Materials, Inc. Mr. Terhune’s ability to incubate and successful grow businesses has run the gambit from commercial cleaning to personnel placement to real estate to fast-food.

Prior to working in metals, Tony has worked in automobile rentals and sales and technology sales. Tony is bilingual in English & Spanish and has a wide variety of skills including (but not limited to) driving trucks, auto mechanics, welding & IT. Most recently he was supervising several sales associates for a technology company responsible for almost $1billion in annual revenue. He graduated from University at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems in 2011.

Joe brings an innovative spirit to our sales department. Working closely with clients and providing them with the best quality materials at competitive pricing. Joe is also developing a program that will revolutionize the metal sales industry by comparing pricing and offers in a matter of seconds.

Before joining us at T&T, Colleen worked in multiple positions at Niagara University including Accounts Receivable, Marketing and Administrative Assistance. Colleen works closely with our sales team to provide security and compliance.

Mr. Mossgraber has over thirty years of experience in senior management positions most notably as Corporate Director of Sourcing and Supply Chain Management for the Fluid Technologies Division of General Signal Corporation (now SPX). Mr. Mossgraber draws on his training from the Deming Institute and the Ford Motor Company SPC Quality Management Academy to insure T&T Materials compliance to stringent quality goals and standards.

With an extensive background and demonstrated history of success in the metals industry, Mr. Terhune brings valuable knowledge and experience to our team. After earning a Bachelor's Degree from SUNY at Buffalo, he worked at Klein Steel for over thirteen years, where he served in a variety of roles; including several management positions. The last position he held before joining T&T Materials was General Manager of Salit Specialty Rebar in Buffalo, NY.

Jim Burlingame provides T&T with Sales & Finance Coordiantion, providing the company with important leadership and financial management. 

Before joining our team in January 2017, Mr. Karker gained experience providing customer service and sales support throughout his employment history. Mr. Karker holds two Associate’s Degrees from Monroe Community College in Biology and Information Technology.

Specializing in helping Small Business enter the Department of Defense, Department of Energy and NASA agencies. This also includes opening doors to Prime Contractors working with those Agencies.

With a focus on preserving the integrity of T&T Materials’ Quality Management System, Ms. Mossgraber also assists with various administrative functions at T&T Materials, including serving as the company’s webmaster. Ms. Mossgraber holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from SUNY at Buffalo.
