About Us
T&T Materials, Inc. is a Sub Chapter S Corporation, which was formed in January of 2006. T&T Materials, Inc. is a materials distribution company. The company supplies raw materials to the U.S. Government; (primarily the Department of Defense), prime corporate contractors to the U.S. Government and to the private sector. Our material products are generally carbon and stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, nickel-based alloys and armor plate. T&T Materials, Inc. supplies these products in various forms, including bar and rod; sheet and plate; tube and pipe and various structural shapes and profiles.

T&T Materials has successfully gained approved supplier status with most military manufacturing sites, and we currently participate in fourteen Department of Defense procurement contracts, including both BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) and IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity) contracts, throughout the United States. In addition, T&T Materials, Inc. is an approved supplier to several prime contractors to the U.S. Government. These contractors include Boeing, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics and Northrup Grumman. T&T Materials, Inc. was recently honored with the Star Supplier Award from Lockheed Martin, one of the only contractors in our class to be so recognized. Our company is veteran owned, and a US Veterans Administration certified service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB).

JAMES TERHUNE, SR.
With over 30 years of experience in the raw materials industry, Mr. Terhune developed his knowledge as a staff member with the industry leaders in raw materials during his service with Carpenter Technology and Joseph T. Ryerson as-well-as from the perspective of entrepreneur and small business owner, having successfully created, grown and sold a thriving $10MM metals brokerage company prior to his current success with T&T Materials, Inc. Mr. Terhune’s ability to incubate and successful grow businesses has run the gambit from commercial cleaning to personnel placement to real estate to fast-food.

JAMES TERHUNE II (JT)
With an extensive background and demonstrated history of success in the metals industry, Mr. Terhune brings valuable knowledge and experience to our team. After earning a Bachelor's Degree from SUNY at Buffalo, he worked at Klein Steel for over thirteen years, where he served in a variety of roles; including several management positions. The last position he held before joining T&T Materials was General Manager of Salit Specialty Rebar in Buffalo, NY.

JAMES MOSSGRABER
Mr. Mossgraber has over thirty years of experience in senior management positions most notably as Corporate Director of Sourcing and Supply Chain Management for the Fluid Technologies Division of General Signal Corporation (now SPX). Mr. Mossgraber draws on his training from the Deming Institute and the Ford Motor Company SPC Quality Management Academy to insure T&T Materials compliance to stringent quality goals and standards.

James Burlingame
Mr. Burlingame has served in both general management positions as-well-as financial and accounting administration. Before joining T&T Materials, Inc. Mr. Burlingame served as Manager of Administrative and Accounting Services for a major industrial metals supply company.
Vice President of Sales
Tony Roman
Prior to working in metals, Tony has worked in automobile rentals and sales and technology sales. Tony is bilingual in English & Spanish and has a wide variety of skills including (but not limited to) driving trucks, auto mechanics, welding & IT. Most recently he was supervising several sales associates for a technology company responsible for almost $1billion in annual revenue. He graduated from University at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems in 2011.

Before joining our team in January 2017, Mr. Karker gained experience providing customer service and sales support throughout his employment history. Mr. Karker holds two Associate’s Degrees from Monroe Community College in Biology and Information Technology.

Sarah Mossgraber
With a focus on preserving the integrity of T&T Materials’ Quality Management System, Ms. Mossgraber also assists with various administrative functions at T&T Materials, including serving as the company’s webmaster. Ms. Mossgraber holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from SUNY at Buffalo.
